Terms of sale

1. Scope and seller

These terms govern any sale concluded on this site between Yehuda Aboujedid (the seller, acting on a personal and occasional basis) and the customer. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

The seller is not subject to VAT. Displayed prices are net prices, excluding delivery costs.

2. Products

The site sells books (print and digital formats) and clothing. Photographs are as accurate as possible; slight colour variations may occur depending on screens.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs which are displayed before confirmation. Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe. No banking data is stored by the seller.

4. Delivery

Physical products are shipped within 10 days on average after payment confirmation. Shipping costs depend on the zone (France, Europe, international) and are shown in the cart. E-books are delivered immediately by email after payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the customer has 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Products must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging; return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exception: digital content (e-books) delivered immediately is excluded from the right of withdrawal, which the customer expressly waives at the time of purchase.

6. Returns and refunds

For any return, defective product or damaged parcel, write to yehuda.abjdd@gmail.com with the order number. A non-conforming product is replaced or fully refunded, including return costs.

7. Legal guarantees

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects as provided by law.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Customers may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
